OVERVIEW
Duong’s cooking class is run by famous Top Chef Vietnam who one of Hanoi’s most creative and talented chefs. Chef Duong recently finished 3th in Top Chef Vietnam and has also been a regular on Iron Chef Vietnam.
When you participate in our Cooking classes, our chef will share with you many of his secrets as he takes you on a culinary journey, teaching you how the subtle blend of spices are the key element to creating the outstanding flavours that are found in some of the favorite dished of the Hanoian.

8h.15: Our Chef will pick you up at your hotel by taxi or motorbike to the class (hotel at old quarter street).
9h.00: Chefs are generalized about the program
9h.10: Take a Cyclo tour
9h.30: Local market tour & street food tasting. Walking through the local market to exploring a characteristic of Vietnamese market which described the culture that only can find in Vietnam. Beside, some of local seasoning and food material would be explained by our chef during the market tour.
10h.40: Cooking Class is start. the chef will teach you how to pre-processing and making the Vietnamese foods with detailed instruction & recipes
12h00: Time to enjoy your own foods, drinks are available on your request during the lunchHOLIDAY PACKAGES
